Shift Supervisor

We are currently looking for a Shift Supervisor to oversee and support maintenance operations for corporate aircraft on behalf of a global leader within VIP and chartered aviation. This position will be based in the east of England to work 4/4 shifts averaging 40 hours per week, with overtime on offer.

As expected with this job title, you will be tasked with overseeing a team of engineers as well as taking a hands-on approach to the planning and performance of maintenance tasks for top of the range Challenger and Global aircraft.

Additionally, you will be accountable for the following responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise maintenance teams during assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with all safety, regulatory and company standards.

• Coordinate and monitor all maintenance activities, both scheduled and unscheduled.

• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and performance across all tasks.

• Provide clear direction, support, and performance feedback to team members.

• Manage shift documentation, reporting, and administrative duties effectively.

• Act as the primary point of contact for technical and operational issues during your shift, liaising with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth operations.

In order to be successful with your application, we would require you to hold a full CAA Part66 license as well as a type rating on the Bombardier Challenger and/or Global aircraft.
