CAMO Maintenance Planning Lead

Excel Technical Consulting are currently seeking a CAMO Maintenance Planning Lead to oversee the short, medium, and long-term planning on behalf of a well-known client and their fleet of corporate jet aircraft. You will play a vital role in ensuring that their aircraft maintained to the highest standard in order to take part in various military and electronic warfare projects.

Your main responsibilities will be to: 

• Lead and manage the CAMO Maintenance Planning team, ensuring effective short-, medium-, and long-term maintenance planning across their fleet.
• Ensure full compliance with EASA, UK CAA, UK MAA, and other applicable aviation regulations.
• Oversee planning meetings, maintenance scheduling, and component forecasting in collaboration with procurement and supply chain teams.
• Maintain robust compliance and safety monitoring systems, supporting audits and investigations.
• Provide expert guidance and consultancy on CAMO planning matters to internal stakeholders.

The right candidate will hold:

• Proven experience in CAMO Maintenance Planning within a regulated aviation environment.
• Strong working knowledge of EASA, UK CAA, UK MAA, and FAA regulations.
• Experience with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001, 27001) and Safety Management Systems.
• Ability to hold SC-level security clearance.
